BioMon is a mobile application designed to help you track your biogas plant’s performance in a smarter, simpler way.  Levare BioSolutions built the BioMon app as a paid service. This service is provided by Levare BioSolutions and is intended for use as an option to understand the biogas plant better. 

Information We Collect

• Login Information: When you sign up or log in, we collect your email address to create and secure your account.

• Plant Details: The app allows you to enter details of your biogas plant (such as size, feed type, and performance data). This information is stored to provide you with monitoring, reports, and performance insights.

How We Use the Information

• To authenticate your account and keep your data secure.

• To provide personalized monitoring, performance analysis, and notifications related to your plant.

• To improve our app’s services and features.

Children’s Privacy

BioMon mobile application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it. 

Data Storage and Sharing

The app may store plant performance data locally on your device or securely in cloud storage. We do not sell, rent, or share your login information or plant data with third parties, except as required by law or with trusted service providers (e.g., secure cloud hosting) who help us operate the App. 

Third-Party Services

Our app may use third-party services to provide secure authentication and data storage. These services may collect certain information as part of their functionality. Please note that these third-party providers have their own privacy policies regarding data collection and usage.

Specifically, we may use the following services:

• Firebase Authentication (Google LLC):
  Used for user login and account management. Firebase Authentication may collect information such as email address, phone number, and unique identifiers to provide a secure login experience.

• Firebase Realtime Database (Google LLC):
  Used to store user-entered plant details (such as biogas plant data, performance metrics, and usage information). This data is stored securely in cloud servers managed by Google.

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google LLC):

Used to understand app performance, usage patterns, and detect crashes to improve functionality. These services may collect device information, app usage data, and crash reports. 

Security

We value your trust in providing your data. BioMon implements reasonable security measures to protect your information. Your information is stored securely and protected using industry-standard measures such as secure servers, encryption, or Firebase/Google security measures.. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.  However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at am@levarebiosolutions.com .
