Kurapati did his schooling at St. Thomas High School and intermediate at Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada. Later, he earned his Bachelor’s degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University and completed his Master’s in Chemistry at the University of Hyderabad in 2008. Later, he obtained Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in 2014. Recently, Kurapati has been recognised as one of the 2025 rising stars of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology research by Nanoscale, RSC.
