 The Biology Learning and Motivation Lab, directed by Dr. Jennifer Osterhage, aims to understand in the processes that help students learn and succeed in introductory STEM courses. We would like to understand and promote the motivation that students need to be successful in introductory biology courses. We are also interested in the metacognitive processes and study skills that students use in these contexts.
