Enrollment in any course, batch, recorded lecture plan, or educational service is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

Students are advised to carefully review course details before making payment.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of educational content and instant access to study materials, refunds may not be provided once:

Course access has been granted

Recorded lectures have been shared

Study materials or PDFs have been provided

Live classes have started

However, refund requests may be reviewed in genuine cases at the sole discretion of Biology Study.

3. Cancellation Policy

Students may request cancellation before:

Receiving course access

Addition to private groups/channels

Start of live classes

After course activation or content access, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

4. Technical Issues

If a student faces genuine technical issues related to:

Course access

Login problems

Payment confirmation

reasonable support will be provided to resolve the issue.

Students should contact support with proper payment details and screenshots if required.

5. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payment for the same course, the extra amount may be refunded after verification.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Non-Transferable Access

Course enrollments and purchased plans are non-transferable.

Access cannot be shifted to another student/account unless specifically approved.

7. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds, if any, will generally be processed through:

Original payment method

Bank transfer

UPI

depending on feasibility and verification.

8. Processing Time

Approved refund requests may take approximately 5–10 working days to process depending on banks and payment gateways.

9. Policy Updates

Biology Study reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
