The goal of this multidisciplinary research lab is to explore high-quality, multifunctional, bio-integrated soft electronics that can conform with curvilinear and time-dynamic surfaces of the human body for health monitoring, biosensing, stimulation, and human-machine interfaces.
Our lab accepts undergraduate/graduate student researchers. Assistantship may be available based on your qualification and performance. If you are interested in joining our research lab, please contact Dr. Yongkuk Lee at yongkuk.lee@wichita.edu along with your CV and research statement. For international graduate students, A GRE score of 300 or above and a score of 22 or higher on the speaking portion of the internet-based TOEFL or a score of 7.0 or higher on the speaking portion of the IELTS are required.
You will be involved in various research activities including (but not limited to);
Material studies, microfabrication, flexible/stretchable circuit & Antenna design, inkjet printing, development of biosensors, simulations (structural analysis and Multiphysics), programming (classification algorithms, firmware, and android apps).
