Welcome to Bio Hacker : Peptide Tracker ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the App
Bio Hacker is a personal tracking tool that allows users to log, organize, and review information related to peptide use, including but not limited to dosages, schedules, and personal notes. The App is a record-keeping and organizational tool only.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Content, reminders, calculations, and any information displayed within the App are for informational and organizational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
You should consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any substance use, dosage, or health-related regimen. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, safety, or legality of any substance, dosage, or protocol you choose to log or follow.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of information you enter into the App
- Any decisions you make regarding substance use, dosing, or health practices
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the substances you choose to track, possess, or use
- Keeping your account credentials secure, if account creation is offered

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and code associated with the App are the property of Dylan and Co. unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia,USA without regard to conflict of law principles.
