This laboratory, affiliated with the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology, has achieved outstanding research outcomes over the past three years through a range of projects and publications. In particular, it has shown strong expertise in genome analysis and bacteriophage research, contributing significantly to the study of pathogens in aquatic organisms such as Pacific white shrimp. The lab has also conducted research on optimizing large-scale cultivation conditions to enhance the nutritional value of non-toxic cyanobacteria. In addition, active investigations into immune responses have deepened our understanding of growth and disease resistance in various aquatic species. These achievements have been published in leading academic journals and are paving the way for future collaborations with industry.
