Centre for Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology:

With the mission to enable innovative research in plant biotechnology, CPMB&B was laid on 1990 by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt of India. The Centre has advanced facilities and experienced researchers to carry out research and training in genetic and genome engineering, molecular markers ,molecular ecology ,bioprospecting, plant tissue culture and bioinformatics research.
