Subscription Terms and Conditions for VIP Membership

Please read these Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before subscribing to the VIP Membership of Bio-Calculator. By subscribing to our VIP Membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe to our VIP Membership.

Note to Minors: If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian before subscribing to our VIP Membership. By subscribing, you and your parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms and consent to use the VIP Membership according to these Terms.

1. Subscription Billing For accounts that have chosen a recurring monthly, annual, or perpetual subscription, the charges will be processed in accordance with the rules of each billing platform (Apple In-App Purchasing (IAP) / Google Play). Payment will be automatically deducted before the end of each subscription period. The exact timing of deductions is determined by each payment platform. Your membership will be automatically extended for an equivalent defined period after each payment.

To cancel your subscription, please manually deactivate the auto-renew feature in your payment settings:

• For Apple iTunes users: Go to “Settings” -> Apple ID -> “Subscriptions”, select “Membership” and cancel your subscription. If you do not deactivate auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period, your subscription will be automatically renewed.

1. Membership Pricing Bio-Calculator VIP Membership is available in monthly, annual, or perpetual subscriptions at the rate you choose. We may update the subscription types from time to time, with details as shown in the app.

2. Membership FeaturesSubscribers of the Bio-Calculator VIP Membership will enjoy, but not limited to, access to all features and removal of all ads. We may update membership features, but they will be no less than previously described. Specific features are as displayed in the app.

3. Advanced FeaturesVIP Membership subscribers are eligible to use the regularly updated premium features and materials.

4. TroubleshootingIf you cannot access VIP Membership features after a successful subscription, try clicking [Restore Purchase] on the [VIP Membership page]. If the problem persists, uninstall Bio-Calculator, go to the App Store, re-login to your account, download Bio-Calculator, and try [Restore Purchase] again.

5. Platform LimitationVIP Membership subscriptions made on the Apple Store cannot be used on other platforms.

6. Cancellation & RefundTo cancel your VIP Membership or request a refund, please follow the instructions at this link or call Apple at 800-692-7753.
