Through evolution, nature has provided ingenious ways of solutions for everything. Inspired from biological systems, the Bio3 Design Laboratory (B3D Lab) in the School of Mechatronical Engineering at Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) conducts the development of innovative engineering systems in the scope of Biomimicry, Biomimetics, and Bioinspiration. The research interests in this lab include microsystems, microfluidics, and artificial intelligence (AI), and their applications in space, health, and smart technology.
The B3D Lab is recruiting graduate students at both MS and PhD levels.
