Binquan Guo received the B.S. degree and the master's degree in telecommunication engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2017 and 2020, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Service Networks, Xidian University, Xi’an, under the guidance of Prof. Hongyan Li, co-supervised by Prof. Ye Yan and Prof. Zhou Zhang (2020.9 ~ now). He is also a Visiting Ph.D. student in University of Houston hosted by Prof. Pan Miao (remotely) and Singapore University of Technology and Design under the guidance of Prof. Zehui Xiong (2024~), sponsored by China Scholarship Council. He has worked in Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Xianyang Nuclear Industry 215 Hospital, SAP China Research Center, Intel Mobile Communications, and Huawei Research Center for internship programs during the year of 2016.2~2019.9. His research interests include job scheduling, network slicing, graph theory, deterministic networking, large scale satellite networking, routing and resource allocation algorithms.
