Peng is currently a postdoc at Singapore University of Technology and Design, working with Prof. Binbin Chen. He received his Ph.D degree in Xidian University (2018.9 ~ 2023.6), where he obtained his bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering (2013.8~2017.6). During his PhD, he spent one and a half year studying in Singapore University of Technology and Design working with Prof. Binbin Chen (2021.5~2022.11). He is interested in routing and scheduling algorithms design for networks including the Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN), Time-Sensitive Networks (TSN) and Computing-Power Networks (CPN) .
Peng's research mainly focuses on using graph theory, combinatorial optimization and other mathematical tools to help model time-varying resources, analyze network capacity under different resource/QoS constraints and design delay-guaranteed routing and scheduling algorithms over NTN, TSN and CPN.
