I am a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in Applied Mathematics and Computational Science (AMCS) at the University of Pennsylvania, where I am fortunate to be advised by Dr. Yong Chen. Before joining UPenn, I earned my B.S. in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics (with Honors) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and my M.S. in Applied Statistics (with Honors) from Fudan University.
My research focuses on developing statistical and computational methods to support clinical and translational research using real-world data. Specifically, I have been working on:
(1) Data-driven frameworks for clinical trial design and optimization
(2) High-dimensional and scalable inference methods for large databases
(3) Bias diagnosis and correction methods for clinical evidence generation
(4) Federated learning algorithms and meta-analyses
