Terms of Service - Bingo Voyager

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, installing, or using Bingo Voyager ("the App" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with all provisions, you must not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Licensed Use
Bingo Horizon Ltd ("we" or "us") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Bingo Voyager App solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license prohibits:
Commercial exploitation, resale, or distribution of the App
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App's source code
Using the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes
3. Responsible Play
As a user, you agree to:
Engage with the App's bingo gameplay mechanics (including card generation, number calling, and reward systems) as designed
Not use cheats, bots, scripts, or third-party tools that interfere with gameplay fairness (e.g., altering number randomization or reward calculations)
Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internet standards while using the App
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content in Bingo Voyager, including but not limited to:
Bingo card designs, number algorithms, and game interfaces
Graphics, audio, text, and user interfaces
Software code, databases, and underlying technology
is the exclusive property of Bingo Horizon Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Any user-generated content (e.g., reviews, comments, or gameplay recordings) you submit becomes our property, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for promotional or operational purposes.
5. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
Update the App's features, gameplay mechanics, or reward systems
Adjust difficulty levels, prize structures, or in-app purchase options
Temporarily or permanently discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice for material changes)
Major changes affecting user accounts or progress will be announced 30 days in advance via the App or our website.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as-is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Guarantees of uninterrupted service or error-free gameplay
Fitness for any particular purpose or compatibility with all devices
Accuracy of gameplay results or reward distributions
We are not liable for damages arising from:
Device malfunctions, software conflicts, or internet connectivity issues
Unauthorized access to your account or misuse of your credentials
Third-party actions, including but not limited to payment processors or social media platforms
7. User Support
For assistance with:
Account recovery or progress restoration
In-app purchase issues or billing discrepancies
Gameplay questions or technical troubleshooting

8. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App immediately if you:
Violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities
Use the App for commercial purposes or unauthorized distribution
Circumvent security features or interfere with service operations
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete all associated data.
By using Bingo Voyager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
