What Data We Store
- Subscription status is stored locally on your device
- Google Play manages your purchase and subscription records
- No personal information is stored on our servers
How to Delete Your Data
On-Device Data: You can clear all app data by going to your device Settings, then Apps, then Bingo App, then Clear Data. This removes all locally stored preferences and subscription cache.
Google Play Subscription: To cancel your subscription, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, then find Bingo App and tap Cancel.
Additional Requests: If you need any further data deletion, please contact us at tuvaluable@gmail.com. Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Happens When Your Data Is Deleted
- All locally stored preferences and game data will be removed
- Your Google Play subscription will need to be cancelled separately through Google Play
- This action cannot be undone
Free Users
If you have never subscribed to Bingo Premium, we do not store any personal data about you. The app can be used without creating an account or providing any personal information.
