實習計畫與成果

IIPP計畫: To accelerate the development of key scientific research fields, expand the international scientific research network, strengthen technological capabilities, and lay a solid foundation for industrial upgrading, this program aims to attract global talent by recruiting international scientific researchers. The international internship program offers opportunities for international students to experience Taiwan's strengths in the field of science and technology, while fostering connections with researchers in Taiwan’s industry and government sectors. To achieve this, we have established an international internship platform that matches applicants with upcoming research projects in our research institutions. The program provides internship opportunities with subsidies for international students. During their internships, interns will experience the strength of Taiwan, often referred to as "Silicon Island," and build ties with the local research community. In the long run, this program aims to enhance our talent ecosystem, expand global networks, and improve the competitiveness of Taiwan's forward-looking industries.

TEEP計畫 : 為大幅提升各國具發展潛力之優秀青年學子來臺專業實習，進而瞭解我國高等教育及技職教育優勢，返國學成後選擇來臺攻讀碩博士學位或畢業後選擇來臺工作，以期精進國內大學教研質量及國際化環境，並培養更多對臺友好之外國高階人才。教育部自104年起試辦「優秀外國青年來臺蹲點計畫」（Taiwan Experience Education Program，簡稱TEEP），積極爭取更多先進國家或新興市場國家優秀青年來臺研習，並自106年起先後推動「印度青年學子來臺蹲點計畫」（TEEP@India）及「新南向及先進國家優秀外國青年學子來臺蹲點計畫」（TEEP@AsiaPlus）等計畫，補助國內各校以吸引海外人才、共創國際口碑。
