Digital Twin & Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Digital Construction
Digital Twin & Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Digital Construction
A digital twin framework has been explored to integrate sensor-based data acquisition with process modelling in automated construction systems. The framework links monitoring data with fabrication parameters for performance analysis and feedback control.
Data Acquisition
Force data and image data have been collected during smart construction processes.
Feedback Control
Formal BIM training was undertaken at NTU (CV6217: Information Technology in Construction), covering modelling, coordination, quantity take-off, and workflow simulation. Exposure to industry practices was provided through BCA-led software workshops.
