1. Introduction
Welcome to BingeTry. This Privacy Policy explains how BingeTry collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes information when you use the BingeTry mobile application on Android or iOS. By using BingeTry, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide account access, AI virtual try-on features, personalized style feed functionality, purchases, subscriptions, fraud prevention, analytics, support, and safety reporting.
Account information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or another supported authentication provider, we may collect your user ID, name, email address, profile photo URL, authentication provider, and email verification status. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication.
Photos, images, and user content: To use BingeTry’s virtual try-on, personalized style feed, and product-shoot features, you may choose to upload portrait photos, garment/outfit photos, product images, shopping links, generated images, or related content. These images may include your face, body, clothing, or other visual information you choose to provide. We do not access your full photo library; we only process media you select and explicitly consent to share with the app.
Style profile and personalized feed information: BingeTry may collect style preferences, onboarding answers, occasion preferences, weather preferences, avoid preferences, uploaded portrait status, and similar styling inputs you provide in order to create and personalize your style profile, AI recommendations, generated outfit feed, and related app experiences.
Generated AI content: BingeTry uses generative AI to create synthetic try-on images, personalized outfit/feed images, fashion recommendations, and product-style images based on your selected inputs, uploaded photos, onboarding answers, and style preferences. We may securely store generated output and related metadata so you can view your personal feed and account history, complete app functionality, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and enforce safety policies.
Device identifiers: We use an app/device identifier to prevent abuse of free BingeCoins and to support account/security functionality. On Android this may include Android ID. On iOS this may include an app-scoped identifier such as IDFV, stored in Keychain for consistency across installs where available. Before being sent to our backend for free-credit eligibility, the identifier is encrypted or transformed. We do not use this identifier for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Purchase, subscription, and credit information: BingeTry may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, BingeCoins, or other in-app purchase products. We collect and process purchase history, transaction status, product IDs, subscription status, subscription entitlement status, renewal/cancellation status where available, virtual currency balance, and related purchase or access information. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing on Android, Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full card, bank, or payment account details.
Analytics and app interactions: We use Firebase Analytics and Mixpanel to understand app usage and improve the product. This may include app launches, onboarding progress, sign-in events, feature taps, paywall events, subscription plan selections, purchase success/failure events, try-on success/failure events, feed interactions, report submissions, and similar product interaction events.
Reports and support requests: If you report generated content or contact us, we may collect the reported image URL, reason, details you provide, your account identifier, and related diagnostic information needed to investigate and respond.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
authenticate users and manage accounts;
provide AI try-on, personalized style feed, product-shoot, image upload, image history, and sharing features;
create and personalize style profiles, outfit recommendations, generated feed items, and related app experiences;
process purchases, manage subscriptions, restore purchases, and manage BingeCoins where applicable;
grant access to paid subscription features and prevent unauthorized access or abuse;
grant and prevent abuse of free credits where applicable;
operate, secure, debug, and improve the app;
analyze product usage and performance;
detect fraud, abuse, restricted content, and policy violations;
respond to reports, support requests, and legal obligations;
comply with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.
4. AI Image Processing & Face Data
BingeTry requires user permission before processing photos. Upon receiving your explicit consent via our in-app prompt, BingeTry sends selected images and related inputs to our backend and third-party AI/image-processing providers, including Google Gemini, solely to deliver the virtual try-on, personalized style feed, and image generation experience.
Biometric & Face Data: While uploaded photos may contain human faces, we do not extract, collect, store, or share biometric data, facial mapping, or facial recognition templates from these images. Photos are processed strictly as standard 2D images for the sole purpose of digital styling, garment generation, personalized feed generation, and related app functionality.
Prohibition of AI Training: Your photos and generated images are used exclusively to provide the requested feature and populate your personal account history or personalized feed. We do not use your portraits, garment photos, product photos, or generated images to train, retrain, or fine-tune our own AI models. We also contractually require our third-party AI service providers, where applicable, not to use your data to train their models.
Safety & Restrictions: BingeTry prohibits use of the app to create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexually explicit content, child sexual abuse material, deceptive impersonation, harassment, or other restricted content. The app includes reporting flows so users can report offensive or unsafe generated content.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and BingeCoins
BingeTry may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, BingeCoins, or other in-app purchase products.
Subscriptions provide access to eligible paid features, which may include personalized style feed functionality, AI styling experiences, or other premium app features shown at the time of purchase. Subscription pricing, billing period, trial or introductory offer details if any, and renewal terms are displayed in the app before purchase and are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period, according to the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds, cancellations, billing issues, and renewal handling are controlled by Apple, Google, and applicable platform policies.
BingeCoins are digital credits used inside BingeTry for eligible paid AI generations or legacy app flows. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase, with RevenueCat used to manage product offerings, transaction status, subscription entitlement status, virtual currency balance, and purchase history. Some purchase records may be retained as required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance, dispute handling, and platform requirements.
6. Analytics Providers
We use Firebase Analytics and Mixpanel for first-party analytics. These tools help us understand which features are used, where errors occur, and how to improve the app. Analytics data is not used by us for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Firebase Remote Config may also be used to configure app behavior, experiments, pricing display, feature availability, or operational settings.
7. Information We Share
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only to service providers and platforms needed to operate BingeTry, including:
Firebase and Google services for authentication, analytics, remote configuration, and app infrastructure;
Google Gemini and AI/image-processing providers strictly for virtual try-on, personalized feed generation, and image generation;
RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, purchase status, product offerings, restore purchase functionality, BingeCoin balance management where applicable, and purchase history;
Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase for payment processing;
Mixpanel for product analytics;
hosting, storage, backend, security, and support providers;
authorities or other parties when required by law, fraud prevention, security, or protection of rights.
8. Data Retention
We retain account, subscription, purchase, credit, style profile, personalized feed, analytics, report, and support information only as long as reasonably needed for app functionality, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, and platform obligations.
Uploaded images and generated outputs are securely retained on our servers only as long as needed to provide your personal account history gallery, personalized feed, troubleshoot issues, review reports, enforce safety policies, or meet legal obligations. When you delete an image from your history or delete your account, the associated image data is permanently deleted from our servers unless retention is required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, purchase records, tax/accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, or platform requirements.
9. Android Foreground Service and iOS Background Processing
On Android, BingeTry may use a foreground service for media processing so a try-on request can continue while you leave the app. A persistent notification is shown while processing is active. On iOS, processing may continue briefly when the app is backgrounded, subject to iOS system limits. If the app is force-quit, iOS may stop the active task.
10. Your Choices
You can choose not to upload photos or images, but AI try-on, personalized feed, and image generation features require selected images and explicit consent to work. You can choose not to provide optional style preferences, but this may limit personalization quality or available features.
You can sign out from the app at any time. You can also manage app permissions, photo access, notifications, and local storage through your device settings. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or ask questions about your data.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or deleting your BingeTry account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; subscriptions must be canceled through the platform where they were purchased.
11. Account Deletion
You can request account deletion inside the app from the account/settings area by selecting "Delete Account." When you request deletion, BingeTry submits an authenticated deletion request for your account.
We will permanently delete or de-identify account data, including your uploaded photos, generated image history, personalized feed data, and style profile information associated with your BingeTry account, unless retention is required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, purchase records, tax/accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, or platform requirements.
If you signed in with Apple, BingeTry may also attempt to revoke the associated Sign in with Apple token as part of account deletion. If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by contacting us at bingetryofficial@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Deleting your BingeTry account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel subscriptions through the platform where the subscription was purchased.
12. Children’s Privacy
BingeTry is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age of digital consent in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information, including encrypted network transmission where supported. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including by our service providers. We take steps designed to ensure that information is handled according to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our app, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the Effective Date when changes are made. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
