Information

1. We have arranged accommodation for all participants.

2. The female participants are accommodated inside the campus.

3. The male participants are accommodated in the following hotel:

• The Fern Residency

Address- Plot no. 7, ISBT Commercial Campus, Chetak Bridge, Bhopal

Distance- Distance from Hotel to University 17 Km and 18 Km from Airport

4. All accommodations are on a double-sharing basis. 

5. The accommodations are available from 28 January to 1 February 2026. 

6. A shuttle has been arranged for the daily commute from the hotel to the university and back. Please note the timing of the shuttle:

• The shuttle will leave from the hotel sharp at 7:45 am. 

• In the afternoon, the shuttle will leave from the university at 7 pm. 

• On 30th January, the shuttle will leave from the university at 8:30 pm after the dinner. 

• Please note that if you miss the shuttle, you have to arrange your own transportation.

1. Lunch and refreshments will be provided on the workshop days.

2. Workshop dinner is on 30 January 2026. 

3. You can have breakfast at the university cafeteria after paying for the meal/beverage of your choice. Our cafeteria only accepts online payment. The breakfast time at the university cafeteria is 7:30 to 10:00 am.

4. Breakfast is complementary for the male participants staying at the hotel. 

5. Please take note that the sessions start at 9 am every day. Certificate eligibility is contingent upon full attendance at all sessions.

6. You can have dinner at the university cafeteria (except on 30th January) after paying for the meal/beverage of your choice. The cafeteria serves dinner from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. The participants staying outside may have to arrange their own transportation. Please check the Transportation tab for more details.

7. No food delivery app serves our campus.

1. Local transportation, such as cabs and autos, is readily available from the city to the campus. However, return transportation from the campus to the city is limited, especially in the evening.

2. The participants staying at the off-campus hostel can avail of the shuttle facility. Please note the shuttle timing.

3. We will also share the contact details of local cab drivers during the conference. The participants can contact them to arrange their transport from the university campus to the city/hotel/railway station/airport.​​
