Information

We will arrange accommodation for all participants. The details will be available here closer to the date.

All accommodations will be on a double-sharing basis. The accommodations are available from 28 January to 1 February 2026. 

Please fill up your travel plans in the Google Form accurately. Your accommodation will be booked accordingly. We may not be able to change the arrangements further.

The male participants will be accommodated in the off-campus hotel. The details will be available here closer to the date.

A shuttle will be arranged for the daily commute from the hotel to the university. The timing of the service will be shared later. If you miss this shuttle, you have to arrange your own transportation.

The female participants are staying inside the campus. The details will be available here closer to the date.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided on the workshop days.

Workshop dinner is on 30 January 2026. 

You can have breakfast at the university cafeteria after paying for the meal/beverage of your choice. Our cafeteria only accepts online payment. The breakfast time at the university cafeteria is 7:30 to 10:00 am.

Breakfast will be provided to the participants staying at the hotel. The timing and payment options will be shared later.

Please take note that the sessions start at 9 am every day. Certificate eligibility is contingent upon full attendance at all sessions.

You can have dinner at the university cafeteria (except on 30th January) after paying for the meal/beverage of your choice. The cafeteria serves dinner from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. The participants staying outside may have to arrange their own transportation. Please check the Transportation tab for more details.

No food delivery app serves our campus.

Local transportation, such as cabs and autos, is readily available from the city to the campus. However, return transportation from the campus to the city is limited, especially in the evening.

The participants staying at the off-campus hostel can avail of the shuttle facility. We will share the shuttle timings in this space.

We will also share the contact details of local cab drivers during the conference. The participants can contact them to arrange their transport from the university campus to the city/hotel/railway station/airport.​​
