Elips Terms of Service ("Terms")
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Elips application ("Application"). By using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Application.
Age Limit and User Obligations
The Application is available to users aged 13 and over. Users under the age of 13 are prohibited from using the Application.
When using the Application, you are expected to refrain from using it for any illegal purposes, not to violate the rights of others, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or sharing content that involves child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any form of harm to children. Any such content will be immediately removed, and the user's account will be terminated.
The Application encourages users to report inappropriate or harmful content through the provided reporting mechanisms.
Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
The Application is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse, exploitation, and inappropriate content.
Content Reporting and Moderation: Users can report inappropriate content, including potential CSAE-related content, using the in-app "Report Post", "Report User" and "Feedback and Support" feature. These reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
Prohibited Content: Any content involving child exploitation or abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and permanent account suspension.
Collaboration with Authorities: Elips collaborates with organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

Service Restrictions and Disclaimers
The operation of the Application is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
We accept no liability for any loss of data or damage that may occur as a result of the use of the Application.
Your account may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms.
Data Use and Privacy
The Application collects username, email address, profile photo (optional), and location data.
Location data is only visible to the user and will be used for event recommendations.
Username and profile photo may be shared with other users in events and communities.
User data will only be used to improve the user experience within the Application.
Advertising ID may be used by AdMob to display targeted ads. Users can manage their Advertising ID preferences through their device settings.
Third Party Links and Ads
The Application uses third-party advertising providers, including AdMob. These providers may collect and use user data to display personalized or non-personalized ads.

Account Deletion and App Termination
Users can delete their accounts from within the Application. Account deletion is irreversible, and all data will be permanently deleted.
Users will be notified if the Application is updated or terminated. However, there is no guarantee that the Application’s services will remain uninterrupted.
Purchase-Related Warnings and Obligations
If you purchase in-app tickets and your payment is approved, it is strongly advised that you remain logged into the same account until your reward is delivered. Avoid logging out or switching accounts during this process.
If your payment status is "approved" but the reward takes time to reflect in the Application, and you switch to another account in the meantime, the new account may incorrectly receive the reward due to system checks. To prevent such issues, do not switch accounts until the process is complete.
In case you do not receive your reward after purchase, you can contact us via the "Feedback and Support" option in the Application menu or email us at bindledestek@gmail.com for assistance.
Failure to follow these guidelines and switching accounts prematurely will not be our responsibility, and we accept no liability for such occurrences.
Account Verification and Ownership
If you do not verify your account through email or Google, the actual owner of the email address may later reclaim the account by using "Sign in with Google" or the "Forgot Password" option. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to verify that the account belongs to you before making any purchases.
We cannot transfer accounts or purchases to another user if ownership disputes arise due to a lack of account verification. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their account is secured and verified before making purchases.
