Welcome to Media Master ("we," "our," or "us"), a mobile application developed and published by Binary Kavu. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Media Master mobile application (the "Service"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.
Media Master is designed as a privacy-first utility. All media processing—including video compressing, converting, trimming, and image resizing—is performed strictly locally on your device. * We do not upload, transmit, store, or view your original or edited photos, videos, or audio files on any external servers.
Your media files remain exclusively on your local hardware.
While we do not collect your personal media files, we may collect other information to provide and improve our Service, and to serve advertisements.
A. Information You Provide to Us
Customer Support: If you contact us directly for troubleshooting or support, we may receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
B. Information Collected Automatically When you access the Service, we and our third-party service providers (such as advertising networks) may automatically collect certain information, including:
Device Data: Hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
Usage Data: Diagnostic logs, crash reports, and app performance metrics to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
C. App Permissions To function properly, Media Master requires the following device permissions:
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO: Required exclusively to allow you to select files from your gallery for editing.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required to save your newly processed videos, images, and audio files back to your device's gallery or file system.
We use the information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes:
To operate, maintain, and provide the features of the Service.
To serve customized and non-customized advertisements via third-party ad networks to keep the app free.
To monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.
To respond to customer service requests and provide technical support.
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Media Master uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data (such as advertising IDs, IP addresses, and interaction data) to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

Because we do not store your personal data on our servers, any requests regarding advertising data should be directed to the third-party ad networks (e.g., Google) or managed via your device settings.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical security measures to protect the limited diagnostic and advertising data collected. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Media Master is a general audience application and does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain European jurisdictions). If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
