Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application in which it is displayed or from whose Google Play listing it is linked (the “App”).
The App is provided by Bimsoft Studio (“Developer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the App, where that information goes, why it is needed, and what choices you have.
1. Privacy at a Glance
The App does not require you to create an account.
Videos, audio, text, stickers, editing selections, and visual effects are processed on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores the videos you create with the App.
The App uses Google services for advertising, usage measurement, consent management, and push notifications. Those services may automatically receive technical information about your device and your interaction with the App, as explained below.
2. Content Processed on Your Device
Camera and microphone
Camera access is used to display the live preview and record video. Microphone access is used to include sound in a recording.
The App accesses these features only after Android grants the relevant permissions. You can withdraw a permission through your device settings, but the related recording feature may stop working.
Video editing
The App can trim recordings, apply filters and visual effects, add text or stickers, and include or remove the original sound. These operations are performed locally on your device.
Some visual effects may analyze camera frames on the device to distinguish a person from the background. This processing is performed locally and is not used to identify who you are.
Files and Gallery access
Temporary recordings and editing files may be stored in the App’s private storage. A finished video is added to your device’s Gallery only when you select the save option.
On Android 9 and earlier, the App may request storage permission to save or access video files. Newer Android versions use Android’s media storage system without broad access to your files.
Sharing
When you choose to share a video, Android displays compatible apps and services installed on your device. The video is transferred only to the destination you select. After that transfer, the receiving app’s privacy policy and terms apply.
We do not select the recipient, publish your content automatically, or control how another service handles a shared video.
3. Information Sent to Service Providers
The following information may be transmitted automatically by services integrated into the App.
Advertising information
The App uses Google Mobile Ads, also known as AdMob, to display advertisements. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google settings, the advertising service may process:
Your IP address and approximate location inferred from it;
Advertising ID, App Set ID, and similar app or device identifiers;
App launches, ad impressions, taps, video views, and other interactions;
Device type, operating system, language, and App version;
Advertising consent information; and
Performance, crash, energy-use, and other diagnostic information.
This information may be used to deliver ads, measure advertising performance, limit repeated ads, detect invalid traffic, prevent fraud, and provide personalized advertising when permitted.
The App does not request access to your device’s precise location.
App analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand whether the App is working and how its features are generally used. Firebase Analytics may collect:
A randomly generated app-instance identifier;
App opens, sessions, screen interactions, and feature-use events;
Device model, operating system, language, and App version;
General geographic information derived from the IP address;
Advertising or device identifiers where available and permitted; and
Technical and diagnostic information.
We use analytics to identify technical problems, understand feature usage, and improve the App. We do not intentionally include your recorded video, audio, added text, or stickers in analytics events.
Push notifications
Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to deliver optional notifications about updates, features, or other App-related information. It may process:
A Firebase installation identifier;
A notification registration token;
App version and basic device information;
Notification delivery information; and
Notification opens or other interactions.
On Android versions that require notification permission, you may decline that permission. You can also disable notifications later through Android settings. Recording and editing remain available without notification permission.
Consent management
Google’s User Messaging Platform may process information needed to determine whether an advertising consent message is required and to remember the privacy choices you make.
4. Why Information Is Used
The information described in this Policy is used to:
Provide camera, recording, editing, saving, and sharing functions;
Maintain App stability and compatibility;
Understand general App usage and improve features;
Deliver and measure advertisements;
Respect advertising and privacy selections;
Detect abuse, invalid advertising activity, and security problems;
Deliver optional notifications; and
Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Where applicable law requires consent, consent is requested before the relevant advertising processing occurs.
In other circumstances, processing may be necessary to provide a feature you request or may be based on the Developer’s legitimate interest in maintaining, securing, and improving the App, where permitted by law.
5. Who Receives Information
Information may be handled by:
Google LLC and its service providers through Google Mobile Ads, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Installations, and the User Messaging Platform;
An app or online service that you deliberately select when sharing a video;
Authorities or professional advisers when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users, the Developer, or others; and
A successor operator if ownership of the App or related business changes, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
We do not sell your recorded videos, audio, or directly identifying personal information.
Google may use subprocessors and may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Google’s handling of information is also governed by its own terms and privacy documentation:

https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
6. Your Advertising and Device Choices
Depending on your region, the App may display a Google consent form before requesting ads. If privacy controls are available for you, you can reopen them from the App’s Settings under “Privacy Choices.”
Changing or withdrawing advertising consent may result in non-personalized or limited advertising. It does not necessarily remove all advertisements.
You may also:
Reset or delete the Android Advertising ID through Android privacy settings;
Disable personalized advertising through your Google account settings;
Revoke camera, microphone, storage, or notification permission;
Disable notifications through Android settings; and
Delete locally stored recordings through the App, Gallery, or file manager.
7. Retention and Deletion
Videos and editing files
Videos saved to the Gallery remain there until you delete them. Removing the App does not necessarily delete videos already saved outside the App’s private storage.
Temporary working files may remain in private App storage until they are replaced, deleted by the App, cleared through Android settings, or removed when the App is uninstalled.
Local preferences
Settings and local preferences are kept on the device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it.
Analytics information
User-level and event-level Firebase Analytics information under our control is configured to be retained for no longer than two months. Aggregated or non-user-level reports may remain available for longer.
Google service information
Advertising, consent, installation, diagnostic, and notification information is retained by Google according to the applicable Google service configuration and Google’s retention policies.
Identifiers or tokens may be reset, replaced, or deleted when you clear App data, reset the relevant identifier, or uninstall the App.
Privacy requests
Because the App has no user accounts, we usually cannot connect analytics or advertising records to your name or email address.
You may still contact us to request access, correction, objection, restriction, or deletion where applicable. We may need information such as an app-instance identifier to locate a record, and in some situations we may be unable to identify a particular record.
8. Security
Local videos are protected by the security controls of your device. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and choosing trusted services when sharing content.
Information transmitted by the integrated Google services is encrypted in transit. Nevertheless, no device, storage method, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
The App is intended for people aged 13 or older and is not designed for children under 13.
We do not knowingly request a child’s name, contact details, or other directly identifying information.
If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through contact with us, notify us, so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
A parent or guardian should supervise use where required by local law.
10. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including the right to:
Request access to or a copy of information;
Request correction or deletion;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing;
Request data portability where applicable; and
Submit a complaint to a competent data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where required by law, for security, or to establish or defend legal claims.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy when App features, service providers, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be made available in the App and on the public Privacy Policy page. The effective date at the top will also be changed.
If a change materially affects how information is processed, we will provide additional notice or request consent when legally required.
