The Biopatrika Industry Mentorship Program (BIMP) connects STEM Indian students to experienced professionals based in India and abroad.Our mentor community is dedicated to providing their mentees the finest guidance at every education and career stage.

BIMP mentees have the opportunity to broaden their professional network and begin preparing for their ideal work life. Mentees are encouraged to seek information and guidance from their mentor, and utilise the insight gained from learning about their mentor’s skills, experience and knowledge to inform decisions about their future.

Our mentee-mentor relationships are specially crafted. They are based on respect, mutual understanding and a common goal of welfare. A lot of time and effort goes into nurturing these lifelong friendships.

When and how can I apply for the BIMP?

Applications are open year round. Apply by simply filling out the mentee sign up sheet at the bottom of this page.

Once submitted, we will review your application and identify the best mentor for your goals. Please allow up to 30 days from receipt of application acknowledgement to receive a mentor match. Your email will be used for all correspondence.

Mentorship Roadmap

Each mentor-mentee relationship is unique and the two of you must build it together. Remember to iterate your individual goals and expectations at the very beginning.
