How we collect and use Information.

This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile app, Bimo VR Viewer, for mobile devices that was created by Developer Bupe Chomba Derreck (BCD Vision).

BimoVR is itself a fully on-device panorama viewer using only local storage for reading panorama image files for viewing in Virtual Reality (VR) mode.

However, the app uses third party ads and analytics tools, namely Google Admob and Google Firebase Analytics. Ads are used to support further development of the app and analytics are used for improving the app stability across many device types.

Analytics information:

We use third-party (Firebase) analytics tools and services, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the app. These tools collect information sent by your mobile device, including the following, crashes, engagement, uninstalls and Android advertising ID used in displaying ads that assists us in improving the app. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user. You can opt-in and out by visiting the apps settings page.

Cookies information:

We do not directly use cookies in the app but, when you use the app, third-party (Google via Admob and/or Firebase) may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters to your mobile device. Firebase/Admob may combine this information with other information they collect from your device such as crashes, engagement e.t.c in an aggregated form without information that may identify you and send it to us via the Admob or Firebase console. Some cookies may allow them to track your activities in the app such as which app pages you frequently open and others for tracking ad clicks.

Log file information:

Firebase/Admob may collect app usage specific information which is automatically reported to us via the Firebase/Admob console where we can analyze such things as app stability across different types of devices, usage, ad performance and many more. Each time you open the app or the app crashes, freezes, an ad is displayed or clicked, Firebase/Admob may log such events and send them in real-time or at a time when the device is connected online. These logs include anonymous information such as ads request, time spent in a specific part of the app, first-time open, crashes and other such information.

What happens in the event of a change of control:

We may sell/divest/transfer the app to another company or individual, in the event of such happening we reserve the right to change/ maintain or update certain parts of this privacy policies.
