Talk Types
Talk Types
Regular talks take 40 minutes and are geared towards a general audience of maths PhD students of all subjects.
Reading Group talks take 50 minutes, and are aimed to be more interactive - questions should be welcomed and the audience will be (slightly) more knowledgeable about the topic in question.

Regular talks take place in the room MSA 3.330.
Reading Group style talks take place in various locations: MSA 3.330, MNO 0.010, MNO 5A, MNO 5
All MNO rooms are in the Maison du Nombre building.
MNO 0.010 is on the ground floor.
MNO 5A is on the 5th floor, next to the ping pong table and coffee break area.
MNO 5 is on the 5th floor, next to the secondary staircase (the middle one close to the blackboard corner).
