BillWorth Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

Please read carefully: These Terms of Service (this "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the BillWorth Operations Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By using BillWorth (the "App"), a banknote scanning and identification tool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. The App is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store (each, a "Platform"). This Agreement incorporates our Privacy Policy by reference.

Apple App Store Notice

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, please note the following:

• This Agreement is between you and the BillWorth Operations Team only — not with Apple Inc.

• The App is licensed under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

• To the extent these Terms provide usage rules that conflict with or are less restrictive than the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA's terms shall govern for App Store downloads.

• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.

• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable); to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever.

• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App.

• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the App. The App is not intended for users under 18. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and comply with all applicable laws.

2. License

2.1 Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Commercially exploit, sell, or distribute the App in any manner;

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App;

• Access or use the App to build a similar or competitive product or service;

• Use automated tools, crawlers, or scripts to scrape data or content from the App;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's servers or systems;

• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful components.

2.3 Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. The BillWorth Operations Team and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in and to the App.

3. Platform Availability

The App is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. These Platforms bear no direct obligation to you in connection with the App. We are not responsible for the availability, operation, or policies of any third-party Platform.

Platform Differences: The features available in the App may differ across Platforms. The Android version is a free application. The iOS version offers additional premium features that can be unlocked via in-app subscriptions. Specific feature availability and subscription plans are as displayed on each Platform.

4. Subscriptions and Billing (iOS)

The iOS version of the App offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans ("Premium Services") that unlock enhanced functionality. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features are displayed at the point of purchase.

4.1 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges will be billed to your Apple ID account at the current subscription price.

4.2 Cancelation

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings:

• iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, then select BillWorth to manage. See: Apple subscription cancelation guide

Cancelation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may continue using Premium Services for the remainder of the paid period after canceling.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the Platform according to its refund policy, not directly by the BillWorth Operations Team.

If you request a refund through a Platform, we may share limited usage or activity data with that Platform to help verify your usage and support a fair review of your request.

5. User Content

5.1 Definition

User Content includes images, data, and other materials you provide through the App.

5.2 Your Responsibilities

You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.

5.3 License Grant

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of delivering the App's services.

5.4 Review Rights

We reserve the right to review, monitor, or remove User Content at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations;

• Uploading unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content;

• Impersonating any person or entity;

• Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the App or its server security;

• Harvesting other users' information without consent;

• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity;

• Using the App to produce counterfeit currency or engage in financial fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content — including but not limited to text, graphics, interfaces, code, trademarks, and logos — is owned by the BillWorth Operations Team or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may violate applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Services

We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or links accessible through or in connection with the App. You interact with third parties at your own risk. App availability depends on the Platforms, which bear no direct obligation to you.

9. Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas to us, you grant us the right to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. Feedback you submit is not treated as confidential.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Important: The App is a reference tool only. Identification results should not be the sole basis for any financial decision. You assume all risk associated with your use of the App and its results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the BillWorth Operations Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not made any payments (for example, if you use only the free Android version), our maximum aggregate liability shall be zero.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the BillWorth Operations Team from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of this Agreement.

13. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall continue in effect after termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Changes are effective immediately for new users and 30 days after posting for existing users. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the BillWorth Operations Team operates. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

16. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms incorporated by reference (including, where applicable, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement), constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may freely assign this Agreement.

• No Agency: Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the parties.
