This Privacy Policy describes how Billventory collects, uses, and
protects your information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use Billventory:
a) Account Information
- Google account email address (Gmail ID) for authentication
and account identification.
b) Business Data
- Generated bills and invoices
- Product details including names, prices, and descriptions
- Product barcodes
- Inventory and stock information
c) Subscription & Payment Information
- Subscription plan type (Pro or Premium)
- Google Play purchase token (for subscription verification)
- Transaction ID and purchase date
- Subscription status and expiry date
Note: We do not collect or store credit card or payment
details. All payments are processed by Google Play.
2. Camera Permission
Billventory requests access to your device's camera solely to:
- Scan product barcodes for quick product lookup
- Capture images for products or invoices
We do not use your camera for any other purpose.
3. How We Store Your Data
All data including your Gmail ID, bills, products, and barcodes are
stored securely on Google Firebase Realtime Database. Firebase is
a Google service that follows industry-standard security practices.

4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Identify and authenticate your account
- Store and sync your bills and invoices
- Manage your product inventory and barcodes
- Provide a seamless experience across sessions
- Verify and manage your subscription status
- Restore purchases if you reinstall the app
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with
third parties except:
- Google Firebase (for data storage and authentication)
- Google Analytics (for anonymized app usage insights)
6. Data Security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase which provides:
- Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Secure authentication
- Access controlled by your account credentials
7. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data
(bills, products, barcodes) by contacting us at:

We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
8. Children's Privacy
Billventory is intended for business use and is not directed at
children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Third-Party Services
Our app uses the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase Realtime Database (data storage)
- Google Firebase Authentication (login)
- Google Firebase Analytics (usage tracking)
- Google Play Billing (subscription processing and purchase verification)
10. Subscriptions
Billventory offers Pro (monthly) and Premium (yearly)
subscription plans via Google Play Billing.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Google Play account settings
- We store your subscription status and expiry date to unlock premium features

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify
you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
