GRTECH (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates BillSub (“the App”), an application designed to help users manage subscriptions, bills, recurring payments, payment reminders, and related financial records.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use BillSub. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. Where applicable law requires consent, we will obtain it separately.
BillSub is designed primarily for offline use. Depending on the features you use, information you enter may include:
Subscription names, amounts, billing cycles, and renewal dates.
Bill details, categories, due dates, and payment status.
Payment history and notes.
Reminder preferences and app settings.
Information included in backups or exports you create.
Your financial entries are intended to be stored locally on your device. Do not enter passwords, banking PINs, card security codes, or other highly sensitive authentication information into the App.
Information stored in the App may be used to:
Display and organize your subscriptions and bills.
Calculate upcoming payment dates and recurring expenses.
Generate reminders and payment summaries.
Provide analytics and reports within the App.
Create backups or exports when you request them.
Support features you choose to use.
The free version may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
These services may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information, subject to the services used, your device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.
We do not control the independent data practices of third-party advertising providers. Please review Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information.
Where required, we will provide applicable disclosures and consent options. Premium users should not receive advertisements if the purchased Premium entitlement is active and the App is implemented accordingly.
BillSub may offer optional Premium features through Google Play Billing. Purchase transactions are processed by Google Play.
We may receive purchase and entitlement information necessary to verify your purchase, restore access, and provide Premium features. We do not receive or store your complete payment card details through the App.
Google Play's handling of purchase information is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
Depending on the features available in your installed version, BillSub may request permissions for:
Notifications: to remind you about upcoming bills and subscription payments.
Alarms or scheduled tasks: to deliver reminders at appropriate times where supported.
Startup or device restart handling: to reschedule reminders after a reboot where implemented.
Internet access: to load advertisements, verify purchases, or support other disclosed online services.
Files selected by you: to import, export, or restore data using supported system file pickers.
You can manage permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working correctly.
The App's data practices depend on the SDKs and services included in the installed version. Third-party advertising, billing, or diagnostic services may process technical information as described in their own policies.
We will not claim that no information leaves your device unless the actual implementation and included SDKs support that statement.
If backup, restore, or export features are available, you control when you initiate those operations. Exported files may contain your financial records and should be stored securely.
Files saved outside the App may remain on your device or in a location you select until you delete them. Deleting the App or clearing its storage may remove locally stored records, but may not delete files you exported or data held independently by third-party services.
Before uninstalling the App or clearing its storage, create a backup if you want to retain your records.
We do not sell your locally stored financial entries as a standalone product. We do not intentionally disclose those entries to GRTECH servers unless a future feature explicitly provides such functionality and appropriate disclosures are made.
Third-party services, including advertising and billing providers, may process information necessary for their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or where necessary to protect rights, security, and prevent fraud.
This section must be updated if the App adds cloud synchronization, analytics SDKs, or other services that change these practices.
We use the protections available through the App's design and the Android platform, but no device, application, or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
Locally stored information generally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App, subject to Android behavior and any backup mechanisms. Third-party providers may retain information under their own policies.
BillSub is not designed for children under 18. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided information through a service we control, contact us so we can assess the matter and take appropriate action.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, or object to certain processing of personal information.
You can manage local records through the App's available features and manage Android permissions through device settings. For questions or privacy requests, contact us using the details below.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, applicable law, or third-party services. The updated version will display a revised “Last updated” date. Where legally required, we will provide notice or obtain consent for material changes.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BillSub by GRTECH. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue using the App.
BillSub is a personal organization tool intended to help you record and manage bills, subscriptions, recurring expenses, due dates, payment history, and reminders.
BillSub is not a bank, payment processor, financial adviser, accounting service, or guarantee that a bill has been paid. Unless a specific feature explicitly states otherwise, the App does not make payments on your behalf or independently verify the status of your accounts.
You are responsible for:
Entering accurate amounts, billing dates, and recurrence details.
Reviewing payment schedules and reminders.
Confirming payment amounts, due dates, and payment status with the relevant provider.
Keeping your device and exported files secure.
Maintaining backups of information you cannot afford to lose.
You should not rely exclusively on the App for critical payment deadlines. Reminders may be delayed or missed because of device settings, permission restrictions, battery optimization, operating system behavior, or technical failures.
The free version may include advertisements. Their availability, format, and placement may change as the App develops.
Advertisements are provided by third-party services and do not necessarily represent an endorsement by GRTECH. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of third-party advertisements.
If the App offers rewarded advertisements or promotional rewards, eligibility and reward conditions will be displayed in the App. Rewards may depend on successful completion and verification of the applicable activity.
Rewards are not cash, do not have cash value unless explicitly stated, and may be subject to reasonable restrictions. We will not describe a feature as providing a reward unless that feature is actually implemented.
BillSub may offer paid features or subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Prices, billing periods, included features, and available purchase options will be displayed before you complete a purchase.
Premium features may include, depending on the plan and version, additional management capacity, advanced reports, additional reminders, export or backup tools, calendar features, widgets, customization, or an ad-free experience.
Only features explicitly included in the selected plan are guaranteed to be part of that purchase.
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, Google Play may charge the applicable price at the start of each billing period and renew the subscription unless it is cancelled in accordance with Google Play's rules.
You can review or cancel eligible subscriptions through your Google Play account's subscription settings. Uninstalling the App does not itself cancel a subscription.
Access to Premium features may continue until the end of the paid period or change according to the applicable purchase terms. Lifetime purchases, if offered, are one-time purchases rather than recurring subscriptions unless the purchase screen clearly states otherwise.
Purchases and refunds are subject to applicable law and Google Play's policies and procedures. A refund is not guaranteed in every case.
If you have purchased Premium and access is not recognized, use the available restore-purchase option, if provided, and ensure that you are using the appropriate Google Play account. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us.
The App's name, branding, interface, software, and other original content are owned by or licensed to GRTECH, except for third-party components and materials.
You may use the App for your personal, lawful purposes. Unless applicable law permits otherwise or we give written permission, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except as allowed by the applicable open-source licences or other relevant licences.
You must not:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the App or its related services.
Interfere with security controls or attempt unauthorized access.
Misuse advertising, reward, or purchase systems.
Violate the rights of other people or applicable laws.
We may restrict access to affected features or take other reasonable action where misuse is identified, subject to applicable law.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, improve, or secure the App. We will handle paid entitlements and material changes in accordance with applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of every feature. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
The App is provided as an organizational tool. Calculations, schedules, reports, and reminders may contain errors or be affected by incorrect entries, device restrictions, software defects, or third-party changes.
You should independently verify important financial information with the relevant biller or service provider. The App does not replace professional financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
To the extent permitted by law, GRTECH disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. This section does not limit any consumer rights or other protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRTECH will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including losses caused by missed reminders, incorrect user-entered data, or reliance on information that has not been independently verified.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any mandatory consumer rights. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The App may rely on third-party services such as Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, or Android system features. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. GRTECH is not responsible for third-party services to the extent that responsibility may lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using BillSub at any time by discontinuing use and uninstalling the App. Uninstalling may remove locally stored data, so export or back up your records first if necessary.
We may restrict or discontinue features for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to purchases already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable laws. Any dispute will be handled by a court or forum with appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section removes a right to use a legally available consumer dispute-resolution mechanism.
We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The latest version will display a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent for material changes.
