Devs Lab ("we," "our," or "us") operates the BillPad: Invoice & Billing mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy outlines our strict commitment to user privacy and local data ownership.

1. Zero Third-Party Tracking & Offline Privacy

BillPad: Invoice & Billing is built as a 100% offline-first business utility tool.

• No Advertisements (No AdMob): The App contains no commercial advertisements or ad networks.

• No Analytics or Crash Reporting (No Firebase): We do not use Google Firebase, Crashlytics, or any third-party analytics SDKs. We do not track your usage, user behavior, or app sessions.

• No External Servers: Your business records, shop details, item lists, customer information, sales data, and generated invoices are created and stored exclusively on your local device. We do not operate cloud servers to upload, view, or store your business data.

2. Device Permissions

To support core billing features without compromising privacy, the App requests minimal, specific permissions:

• Photos & Gallery Access: Required solely if you choose to select a business logo from your device's photo gallery to display on your generated invoices and receipts.

  • Note: The App only reads the specific logo file you select and uses it locally to render your bills. We do not access, view, or read any other personal photos, videos, or unrelated files in your gallery.

3. Data Control, Retention, and Deletion

Because all app data is stored locally on your mobile device, you retain full control over your information at all times:

• Data Retention: Your invoice data remains on your device for as long as the App is installed.

• Data Deletion: You can edit or delete individual bills, products, and customer details directly within the App. Clearing the App's data via system settings or uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored records.

4. Children's Privacy

BillPad: Invoice & Billing is a commercial utility app intended for business management. It does not address anyone under the age of 13, nor does it collect any personal information from children or adults.

5. Security

Because your business data remains entirely on your device's internal storage, remote server breaches do not pose a risk to your records. We recommend securing your mobile device with a PIN, password, or biometric lock to prevent unauthorized physical access to your device.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
