1. Buying & selling of companies (Merger & Acquisition): Our associates make otherwise unsalable companies salable, perceived good companies into great buys. Another set of associates will be working with aspiring buyers in various sectors. A third set of associates will mediate the two sets of associates to create a win-win deal for both parties.
2. Venture Capital: Our associates scout wanna-be entrepreneurs with a solid idea. Another of entrepreneurs work with wanna-be VCs. A third set of associates will mediate the two sets of associates to create a win-win deal for both parties.
3. Private Equity: Our associates scout for various businesses looking for equity financing instead of debt financing. Another of entrepreneurs work with wanna-be limited partners. A third set of associates will mediate the two sets of associates to creates a win-win deal for both parties.
4. Succession Planning : This is a long a term product ranging from 5 years to 20 years. Our associates mediates the business relationship between the current owners and the next generation as they would if it was an external party. Conditions are set in formal agreements and periodically reviewed until the final handover of power and thereafter too.
Our associates come from various sectors, with various functional expertise. Some are retired CEO's, managers, engineers, doctors, consultants, trainers, experts. Some are freshers with high IQ and proven leadership capacity. Some are in their mid-career.
