Bill Detective is an electricity usage and bill estimation application developed by Tovira Labs. We respect your privacy and are committed to explaining how information is handled when you use our application.
Bill Detective allows you to enter appliance details, electricity consumption, electricity rates, meter readings, billing information, and related preferences.
This information is stored locally on your device to support calculations, usage history, and other application features. Bill Detective does not currently require account registration or provide cloud synchronization for these records.
Bill Detective uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements, interstitial advertisements, and optional rewarded advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information including advertising identifiers, IP addresses, app interactions, diagnostic information, and advertising performance data.

Bill Detective integrates Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent where required by applicable regulations.
Users may also manage advertising preferences through their device settings.
Information is used to provide electricity consumption estimates, calculate estimated bills, maintain locally saved records, improve app functionality, and support advertising services.
We do not intentionally transmit your manually entered electricity records to our own servers.
Advertising-related information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners in accordance with their privacy policies.
If you choose to export or share records, the information is shared through the destination you select.
User-entered records are generally stored locally on the device until deleted through available app features, app storage is cleared, or the application is uninstalled.
Advertising-related information is handled according to Google's applicable data retention policies.
Bill Detective is not specifically designed for children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
We use standard Android application storage mechanisms for locally stored information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
