Terms of USE

This ("Terms", "Agreement") is an agreement between Bilbird - Subscription Reminder or the Bilbird - Subscription Reminder Developer ("Bilbird or Bilbird Developer", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Bilbird - Subscription Reminder application and any of its products or services (collectively, "Bilbird" or "Services").

Disclaimer

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of Bilbird - Subscription Reminder is at your sole risk and that the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, content and effort is with you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bilbird - Subscription Reminder and any services performed or provided by Bilbird - Subscription Reminder are provided "As is" and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

Accounts and membership

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Subscription Tracker Application. By using Bilbird - Subscription Reminder, you warrant and represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

Images and Logos

Bilbird - Subscription Reminder and the Bilbird - Subscription Reminder Developer do not claim to own or be affiliated with any branding "icons" and "logos" present in the Service.

Backups and Content

We are not responsible for Content residing in Bilbird - Subscription Reminder. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of any Content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of your Content.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Bilbird - Subscription Reminder Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in Bilbird - Subscription Reminder. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Bilbird - Subscription Reminder Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using Bilbird - Subscription Reminder or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access Bilbird - Subscription Reminder and its Services.
