1. Scope of Services

BiliSaUSA LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides purchasing assistance and logistics coordination services only. We do not sell, stock, distribute, manufacture, or resell goods.

All items are purchased on behalf of the customer from independent third-party retailers or marketplaces selected by the customer.

BiliSaUSA LLC acts solely as an agent and not as a retailer, exporter, importer, or distributor.

2. No Brand Affiliation or Authorization

BiliSaUSA LLC is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand, manufacturer, or trademark owner.

All trademarks, logos, product names, and brand references belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes.

Nothing on this website implies any partnership, endorsement, or authorization.

3. Ownership & Title

Ownership of goods transfers directly to the customer at the time of purchase from the third-party seller.

At no point does BiliSaUSA LLC take ownership, title, or possession of goods as a seller or distributor.

4. Importation & Regulatory Responsibility

The customer agrees that:

• The customer is the importer of record
  
  

• The customer is solely responsible for:
  
  

  • Customs duties, VAT, taxes, and fees
    
    

  • Import permits or licenses
    
    

  • Compliance with Philippine import laws and regulations
    
    

BiliSaUSA LLC makes no guarantees regarding the legality, admissibility, or regulatory compliance of any product for import.

5. No Warranties

Services are provided “as is.”
BiliSaUSA LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
  
  

• Fitness for a particular purpose
  
  

• Non-infringement
  
  

• International warranty applicability
  
  

Any warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer or original retailer, if at all.

6. Intellectual Property & Distribution Restrictions

BiliSaUSA LLC does not modify, rebrand, relabel, or misrepresent any product.

We do not guarantee compliance with brand-imposed territorial restrictions, authorized reseller programs, or distribution agreements.

We are not liable for:

• Distribution or resale restrictions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiliSaUSA LLC is not liable for:

• Acts of third-party retailers, carriers, or brokers
  
  

Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for the applicable transaction.

8. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BiliSaUSA LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Violations of law
  
  

• Claims by brands or rights holders
  
  

9. Payments & Refunds

Service fees are earned upon completion of purchasing assistance and are non-refundable.

Product refunds depend entirely on the original retailer’s policy and exclude service fees, shipping, customs, and taxes.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA.

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Hawaii.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
