Terms of Use for BilinGo

The app provides access to speech recognition features and translation of recognized text into another language.
Users can utilize the app for speech recognition purposes.
Transcription tools help facilitate communication for individuals with hearing impairments.
The app is suitable for all age groups.
Select your preferred language and tap the record icon to begin.

We do not store your voice recordings or speech recognition results on our servers.
The app uses an internet connection for speech recognition if needed.
Offline mode is also available.

App Features:

• Live subtitles + translation

• Offline text translation

• Edit and save transcribed text

• Language selection

• The app uses Firebase Analytics to collect statistical usage data

• The app is ad-free

Premium Subscription:

• 1 week – $1.99

• 1 month – $6.99

• 1 year – $49.99

If you decide to purchase a subscription within the app, please note:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.

• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the cost of renewal will be provided.

• Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off in the account settings after purchase.

• Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the active subscription period.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

How to Cancel a Subscription:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap iTunes & App Store.

3. Tap your Apple ID.

4. In the pop-up window, tap View Apple ID.

5. Enter your Apple ID password, or use Face ID or Touch ID if prompted.

6. Tap Subscriptions.

7. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
