Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at the BILI NE! Survival Shop, operated by BILI NE! Association ("BILI NE!”, “Survival Shop,” "we", "us", "our"). 


Bili NE! Association built the Bili NE! Survival Shop Mobile App app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Bili NE at no cost and is intended for use as is.


This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.


If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.


The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Bili NE! Survival Shop Mobile App and also at bili-ne.com, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Personal information you disclose to us. when you register on the Survival Shop app and website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities (such as by posting messages in our online forums or entering competitions, contests or giveaways), or otherwise when you contact us through other platforms, e.g., email, Facebook pages and messaging services, and phone. 


The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us, the app and website, and related platform that the Survival Shop has presence and thru which you contact us, the choices you make and the products and features you use. Payment Data 


We may collect data necessary to process your payment when you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (bank / e-wallet account number, credit &/or debit card number) including transaction reference numbers. Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our app &/or website.

Information collected through the Survival Shop app &/or website 


We collect information regarding your geolocation, mobile device, push notifications, when you use our app &/or website:

We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously, or while you are using our app &/or website, to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings. 


Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera, SMS messages, social media accounts, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings. 


Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). When accessing the Survival Shop online platforms, we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your device/s, type/s of device/s and operating system/s, including your device’s unique ID and information in relation to the features of our app &/or website you accessed. 


Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the app / website. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings. 

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our platforms, for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Our app &/or website offers you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but these will often include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.

Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, the Survival Shop online platforms, e.g., app &/or website. 


The Survival Shop platforms and the online accounts we manage may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with BILI NE! Association, the Survival Shop, and the association’s other projects and activities, and that may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to these third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third party, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Survival Shop online platforms. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to get a response to your questions. 



We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. 


We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us. 


When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from the Survival Shop’s mobile app, website, and other online accounts that we maintain, is at your own risk. You should only access the Survival Shop platforms, especially the Survival Shop mobile app within a secure environment. 



These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.



You may review, amend, or terminate your account at any time.

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can: 



Cookies and similar technologies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services on the platform you choose to access our Survival Shop.


Opting out of email marketing: You can request to unsubscribe from our marketing email list by sending us notice at ne.survivalshop@gmail.com, but we may still communicate with you to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. 



Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
