By incorporating prior knowledge, I aimed to enhance model representation while minimizing the reliance on large datasets and extensive computational resources. The methods developed were applied to critical applications such as image recognition, natural language processing, multimodal learning, and domain adaptation, demonstrating significant improvements in efficiency, generalization, and overall model performance.
