At our core are these Four Values, captured in the word "RIDE"

• We will Respect Everyone regardless of their financial status, race, or gender.

• We will Inspire others to ride their bicycles for recreation, health, transportation, and pleasure.

• We will Direct the community to pathways, trails, and safe avenues for cycling.

• We will Encourage and promote safe cycling to in community we serve.

We will do this by:

• Representing the collective cycling community in the county by attending cycling related events, municipal meetings and support beneficial initiatives for cyclists 

• Advocating and Promoting a safe cycling environment in Elkhart County through education, literature, and events

• Arranging and Publicizing bicycle rides and activities

• Promoting the planning and development of bicycle routes and paths

• Striving to connect cyclists of all ethnicities, genders, and backgrounds

• Upholding a positive image of bicyclists in the community
