Mr. Bijay Halder is a researcher in the field of Remote Sensing and GIS. He has major expertise in machine learning, remote sensing, and GIS data analytics. In addition, Water Sustainability, Climate Change Impact Assessment, Extreme Weather Condition Analysis, Coastal Management, Vulnerability Assessment, and Mangrove Degradation using machine learning and artificial intelligence. He has collaborated with over 65 national and international researchers. Bijay has authored 47 Scopus-indexed journal publications in Sustainable Cities and Society, Knowledge-Based System, Theoretical and Applied Climatology, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Scientific Report, and Water Resource Management. Bijay also serves as a Reviewer for more than 75 SCI journals like Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, Taylor and Francis, and MDPI. His current research is "Investigating Environmental Stress using ML and AI in the Coastal Region".
