Welcome to the Bangladesh Institute of Human Resource Management (BIHRM). To maintain our high academic standards and ensure a smooth learning experience for everyone, all enrolled students must adhere to the following course policies.
"Running Students" are defined as those currently attending classes or who are within one year (12 months) of their initial enrollment/admission date.
Class Attendance: Students are expected to maintain at least 70% attendance in scheduled classes (online or physical) to be eligible for final examinations and certification.
Assignments & Projects: All course assignments, case studies, and projects must be submitted within the deadlines specified by the course coordinator or faculty. Delayed submissions may face grade deductions.
Term & Final Exams: Students must complete all quizzes, mid-terms, and final exams with their assigned batch.
Batch Transfer (Shifting): If a running student needs to transfer to a later batch due to professional or personal emergencies, they must submit a formal written request to the academic department within the first month of class. Batch transfers are subject to seat availability and management approval.
Active students enjoy full access to the BIHRM learning portal, lecture materials, library resources, and direct faculty support for the duration of their active registration period (1 year).
"Old Students" are defined as those whose initial registration/admission date exceeded one year (12 months), regardless of whether they have completed their classes, exams, or projects.
Important Note: To maintain the validity of your professional credentials and ensure your learning matches the latest industry standards, BIHRM registrations automatically expire 1 year after the admission date.
To complete pending classes, exams, or assignments after the 1-year mark, old students must apply for a Registration Extension.
Extension Validity: An approved extension generally grants an additional 6 months of course validity.
Applicable Fees:
A standard Re-registration / Extension Fee (as determined by the BIHRM administration) must be paid to reactivate student status.
If the course curriculum or tuition fees have changed the original enrollment, the student required to pay a prorated difference.
Backlog Exams: Old students wishing to sit for pending exams or clear backlogs must register for the exams at least 15 days prior to the exam date of an active batch.
Curriculum Alignment: If the course syllabus has been updated during the inactive period, the student must prepare for and be assessed on the new/current curriculum.
Access to the BIHRM student portal, updated lecture materials, and coordinator support will be suspended upon registration expiry.
Upon successful payment of the extension fee, portal access and academic support will be reactivated for the duration of the extension period.
Refund Policy: Course fees, admission fees, and re-registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
Code of Conduct: BIHRM maintains a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism, academic dishonesty, and disruptive behavior in both physical and virtual classrooms.
Certification: Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of all academic requirements, clean clearance of all financial dues, and verification of active/extended registration.
