Deborah Hospital Foundation, established in 1974, serves as the philanthropic partner to Deborah Heart and Lung Center, a distinguished specialty care hospital located in Browns Mills, New Jersey. We are dedicated to securing the resources necessary for Deborah to continue its mission of providing exceptional cardiac, pulmonary, and vascular care to all patients.
Since its founding in 1922, Deborah Heart and Lung Center has operated on the core principle that “There is no price on Life.” This enduring philosophy translates into a commitment to ensuring that financial considerations do not impede access to essential medical care. While Deborah accepts insurance, patients are relieved of the financial burden associated with co-pays, deductibles, balance bills, and other out-of-pocket expenses for hospital-based care. This allows patients and their families to concentrate fully on the healing process.
Over the years, Lenny Strobel, also known as "Chef Lenny," has helped raise thousands of dollars for Deborah Hospital Foundation through his RTUSA challenges. These funds help Deborah keep its 104-year promise of providing top quality heart and lung care to patients without ever rendering a bill for services provided on campus.
Our mission is only possible because of the generosity of individuals like Lenny. We invite you to join our community of donors and contribute to a legacy that has positively impacted countless lives for over a century. By partnering with us, you will help ensure that Deborah’s commitment to accessible, world-class care continues to flourish for generations to come.
