2026 Summer Swim

🚩All swimmers must be registered with BSSC AND USA Swimming.

NEW Swimmers will complete 2 registrations: (1) BSSC and (2) USA Swimming

• When completing registrations, you MUST use the swimmer's FULL NAME - that means their full first, middle and last name. 

• The full name and date of birth used for both the BSSC AND USA Swimming registrations MUST MATCH EXACTLY - if they do not match exactly, this can lead to issues later in the season

RETURNING Swimmers that swam LAST season will complete 1 registration - (1) BSSC ONLY.  This year, BSSC will be renewing returning swimmers' USA memberships in bulk.  You will select the USA membership type and pay through BSSC registration - BSSC will then submit renewals to USA Swim.

• Please make sure you are NOT creating a second ACTIVE account when registering - one ACTIVE account per swimmer allows tracking of time and events across the seasons. This account will stay with them into adulthood.  If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" and follow instructions.

PAST RETURNING Swimmers that DID NOT swim last season and it's been over a year with an expired USA membership will need to complete BOTH registrations: (1) BSSC and (2) USA Swimming.  

• Please do not create new accounts, please continue to use the accounts that you created in the past.  Use the "Forgot Password" process to reset any forgotten passwords.

🗣️ Team Communication - when completing BSSC registration, please add ALL parent/guardian contacts that you want included in team communication. Please add their CELL PHONE numbers.

🌀Outreach USA Swim Membership helps qualifying families with registration costs. 

• • • Outreach paperwork must be submitted and approved by prior to USA Swimming registration. Please send outreach paperwork to YOU Swim Team Squad Manger. 

    • If you think you may qualify, DO NOT complete the USA Swimming Registration, a separate link will be emailed to you directly.

Why do ONLY NEW or PAST RETURNING swimmers need to complete the #2 USA Swimming Registration?

• BSSC opted to participate in USA Swimming bulk renewal to manage athlete/non-athlete renewal memberships centrally through the USA Swimming portal (SWIMS). 

• Since BSSC opted-in, returning swimmers that swam LAST season cannot self-renew; they must go through the club, which will collect registration fees and submit renewals centrally.  

• So, returning swimmers that swam last season will complete their USA registration via the #1 BSSC Registration but NEW Swimmers will need to complete both registrations inorder to create their new ACTIVE Swim Portal account and their USA Swimming account.

• PAST RETURNING swimmers that did NOT swim last year also must complete the the #2 USA registration as it has been over a year since their membership expired and they are excluded from the bulk renewal process.

Returning NON-Athlete (Coach, Official, Admin) attached to BSSC who need to renew YOUR USA Swimming membership, complete the above #1 BSSC Registration or click HERE to go to the Non-Athlete page for more information.  BSSC opted-in to the USA Swimming Bulk Renewal process - which includes ALL athletes and non/athletes attached to BSSC.  So, you will need to complete the BSSC registration and BSSC submit renewals to USA Swimming.

PAST RETURNING NON-Athletes (Coach, Official, Admin) that was once attached to BSSC but it has been over a year that your USA membership expired, complete #2 USA Swim Registration.
