A collection of school closure resources for principals and teachers.
This website will be updated regularly.
Dear Big Shoulders Fund Educators,
As we continue to respond to the emerging news, we want you to know we remain with you as partners, cheerleaders, and supporters.
To that end, we have launched this website with resources to support you and your teachers, as you work to support students and families. We know this is a time to not just support learning, but the whole child and family. Included here are also resource to stay connected and healthy through mindfulness and other resources. We know that not all of our students will be able to regularly do work online, but I am hopeful you find ways to keep lines of communication open to make this a time of community, learning, and hope.
Our staff and instructional coaches will be working daily and are accessible through phone, email, and will also be offering opportunities to connect through online meetings and google hangouts on a regular basis.
Please reach out to us if you have questions, need ideas, support, or just need to know we are here and with you.
Stay safe, stay healthy, and stay home. Please, please take care of your family, colleagues, students, and yourself.
My very best,
Rebecca
