My name is Phil Greer, and I'm the face behind BIG Phil's. I started in the appliance industry in 2009, training under a reputable and well-established company here in Saint John, New Brunswick. I I was lucky enough to learn, train, and grow under arguably two of the best technicians that the Saint John area has had in many years. I have spent many hours training and expanding my technical skills through appliance installations and repairs of many kinds.
Starting my own company is my way of bringing my knowledge and experience to the community, with BIG Phil's spin on customer service. It may be cliché, and I know you've heard it all before, but customer service and satisfaction are my top priority. I do everything in my power and skill level to help my customers, and if I can't help you, I will try to point you in the right direction to get to a resolution.
My service areas include anywhere from Grand Bay-Westfield to Sussex. At this time, I am not working on LG or Samsung appliances often due to lack of parts available. Warranty work is in the works. I am working on being authorized to service all makes and models, and I will keep you updated when this changes.
