Player’s safety is our #1 priority.  This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you play Chomp.

Chomp is made with player safety in mind. We only collect MINIMAL information for our game. The information we collect is basic data like cosmetics the player choose’s, crash reports or system type, multiplayer data, and overcourse, player feedback!

UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WE DO NOT COLLECT OR STORE:

-Real names.
-Emails.
-Exact Locations.
-Voice recordings.

We ONLY use data to keep the game working, prevent cheating, improve features, ensure player safety. All gameplay data is stored securely, and when possible stored locally on the player’s device. Only authorized developers have access to the player’s data for things like banning, flagging, or giving special cosmetics.



Now let’s move on to player safety. Thankfully, we have moderators to ensure the community is safe, and the moderation also detects things like harmful behavior. Those who do violate our guidelines are flagged and investigated by our moderators.
