Big Mama's Burgers
Big Mama's Burgers was founded in 2013 in Colorado City Texas. In November 2019, Jeromy Ray opened Big Mama's Burger Express in Abilene and took with him the Burger Dog and the Wolf Burger, two popular items that help to make Big Mama's stand out from the Average Joes Burgers. In October 2020, Big Mama's turn its kitchen to an open shared kitchen to be utilized by aspiring food-preneurs, chefs, and startups.

Hello, I'm Chloe, the owner and operator of Juice & Berries Fruit Smoothies. I will be operating out of Big Mama's Kitchen on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7a until 3p. My strongest source of motivation is my vision for the future. For myself, my family, and my community. My biggest motivation when it came to starting my own business was Freedom to spend more time with my family without sacrificing my values or ethics. I had a vision for what I wanted to do and When I would look back after 10 years or 20 years, I would like to see something that would have my finger prints everywhere. When I realized I could use entrepreneurship to achieve the change I wanted to see in the world that was all the purpose I needed.

The Kitchen Director is Jeromy Ray who along with each of the Food Managers and Handlers will be making sure that everyone is following guidelines set by the health department. He will also advocate for a new safe way of doing business for each of the food businesses and especially during and after the pandemic.
