Is there any difference between a normal and a golden egg?
The golden version of eggs is basically the same as the regular one, but the pets you get are the golden versions of the normal pets.
Will the Dark Matter weapons ever have a discount? Can I obtain them in any other way than saving up?
No. This weapon is really good and is classed as one of the best in the game, therefore the price will remain as it is and you can't get it without in-game cash. However, there is a chance that it may go on sale from time to time but we don't have any information as of when that'll be.
Will the limited time weapons ever go back on sale?
This has happened in the past however we can't confirm if it'll happen in the future.
A player is drone glitching, what can I do?
At this time we ask that you join a new lobby however depending on the severity, with the correct video evidence, we may take action against the player as it's misusing a game feature.
How is this person(s) jumping and running so fast?
When jumping and running at a fast-pace motion, you're 'bunny hopping', after a long time this boosts your speed and it may look like someone is cheating however in reality, they've been doing it for a long period of time.
I see an exploiter, what can I do?
You can record a video of the exploiter by pressing F12/Windows key + G on your keyboard, if you don't have this, please go to Settings > Record on Roblox. Alternatively, you can record using external programs such as OBS Studio and Bandicam.
What perks does the VIP gamepass have?

How do I increase the amount of customers I get at my restaurant?
You can increase flow of customers by adding more floors.
Here is how frequently (seconds) you get customers for each floor:
Floor 1- every 8 to 18 seconds
Floor 2- every 6 to 14 seconds
Floor 3- every 5 to 11 seconds
Floor 4- every 4.5 to 10 seconds
Floor 5- every 4 to 9 seconds
Floor 6- every 3.5 to 8 seconds
Floor 7- every 2.75 to 6.5 seconds
Floor 8- every 2.25 to 5 seconds
Floor 9- every 1.5 to 3.75 seconds
Floor 10- every 1.25 to 2.5 seconds
Do chairs, tables and decorations do anything special?
No, they are just for decoration. The only tables/chairs that boost your chances of getting special customers are Royal Set, Pirate Set, Gamer Set & Haunted Set.
Do customers with leis have any bonuses?
No, leis are just cosmetic and they’re like normal customers.
What determines the groups of people that come into my restaurant?
The amount of table/chair combos you have, for example more tables with two chairs bring in more pairs of customers. Tables with 4 chairs bring in more groups of 4.
How do I level up my waiters and cooks?
They level up my cooking dishes and serving
- cooks get 12 experience per dish served. Level 40 is 825 orders served 50 is 1100 orders.
How do I move items in my restaurant?
You will have to delete them and replace them, you can also rotate items by pressing R.
How much money does the money tree give?
The money tree has a 65% chance of giving you 250$, 30% chance of giving you 1000$ and a 5% chance of giving you 4000$ every 3-8 minutes.
What do staff levels do?
The higher the level, the faster they work. Level 50 is max level as of now.
What tables attract more customers?
The different types of furniture are just cosmetic, they have no effect on customers. Royal chairs and tables attract more VIP customers.
Is it better to keep all appliances on the same floor?
Yes it is. Keeping all stoves/order stands on the same floor won't waste your chefs' time and they won't have to go up and down all the time. As for dishwashers, it's best to have 1 on every floor right next to the teleport since your waiters are already moving all the time.
Can you get Banned for AFK farming?
No. Auto clickers and Macros are allowed.
What's the ??? badge and how do you get it?
Serve a “???” customer.
What does the shrine do?
Spawns a “???” customer every 14 hours. You can only have 1 shrine.
How do the Royal tables work?
Royal chairs have a 25% chance of attracting a VIP customer. If paired with a Royal table, there is a 100% chance of a VIP customer being attracted.
Do VIP servers have any perks?
No.
How do I reduce lag?
Go to the game settings and Disable Idle or Disable All animations and try to use automatic graphics.
Do tip jars stack?
Tip jars work on a per-floor basis (i.e. a customer that eats on floor 2 will only use a tip jar on floor 2). They stack in probability but not in usage - basically (assuming golden tip jars) the customer will roll a 50% on each one until they get a hit, otherwise they will walk out. so two tip jars is 75%, three is closer to 87.5%, etc.… (VIP customers have 100% chance of leaving a tip)
What is the chance of getting a Celebrity customer?
0.025% is the base chance, which can increase to up to a 5x multiplier with 66 jewelry cases.
How much do the Jewelry Cases increase chances by?
Check out this chart to find out the chances (In our opinion buying 15 cases is the best way to go since the difference between 15 and 66 is very small.)

The global market (auction house or marketplace) is the big building across from the shop where you can buy/sell limited items to other players globally.
What is a limited item/ How do I get one?
The global market (auction house or marketplace) is the big building with the dollar sign on it across from the shop, where you can buy/sell limited items to players all around the world in real-time.
Each time new limiteds are added, you can purchase them directly from the limited area of the shop for a price set by the developers. Once the quantity released are sold out, the item is no longer purchasable within the shop and may only be obtained by other players selling on the Global market.
The marketplace refreshes every 45 seconds with 160 auctions (max) per item
Is there a limit to the quantity I sell per listing?
Yes, you can sell up to a quantity of x999 of a limited item, per listing.
