Baby Back Ribs
Oh-so-tender pork baby back ribs. Be careful: they may fall right off the bone into your mouth! Sauce on the side. Sold by the rack
Pulled Pork Sandwich Plate
⅓ lb of delicious, smoked-overnight pulled pork served on a bun. The sauce is on the side; you may not even use it!
Smoked Brisket Plate
⅓ lb of tender beef brisket that’s been smoked for 12 hours. We don’t sauce it because it’s that tasty, but it is available upon request.
Smoked Gourmet Burger
1/2 lb homemade beef patty served on a bun. All the flavor and cheese is smoked right in. Our house BBQ sauce is the only condiment you need for this juicy burger!
