BrugTaal and KanaTaal are designed to provide language-learning, travel, and cultural information. Users are not required to create an account to use either app.
Advertising
BrugTaal and KanaTaal may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google.
When advertising is enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain information, which may include:
IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location;
interactions with the app and advertisements;
diagnostic and performance information;
device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app-related identifiers.
This information may be used by Google and its advertising partners for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, BrugTaal and KanaTaal use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage consent where required.

Information stored by the apps
BrugTaal and KanaTaal do not require users to provide their name, email address, or other account information.
Favorites and basic app preferences are stored locally on the user's device.
Big Boy AMS B.V. does not independently sell users' personal information through BrugTaal or KanaTaal.
Third-party services
BrugTaal and KanaTaal use Google AdMob and Google's consent-management services.
