Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the BigBa Fishing app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by BigBa Fishing Dev Team (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
Your device's approximate location (see "Location Information" below)

The Application does not collect the precise (GPS-level) location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Location Information
With your permission, the Application collects your device's approximate location (accurate to roughly the city or regional level), using the Android "approximate location" permission. The Application does not request or collect precise location and does not collect location in the background when the Application is not in use.
Approximate location is used only to:

[understand, in aggregate, in which regions the Application is used, in order to improve it;]
[detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the Application.]
The Service Provider does not sell your location data, does not use it to build advertising profiles, does not use it to track your movements, and does not use it for any deceptive, manipulative or otherwise harmful purpose. [Location data is not shared with third parties.]
Providing location access is optional. You can grant or revoke the location permission at any time in your device settings (Settings > Apps > BigBa Fishing > Permissions). If you do not grant it, the Application will continue to work, but location-dependent features may be unavailable.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider may share information with third parties only in the ways described in this privacy policy. Where possible, only aggregated, anonymized data is transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its service.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Data Retention and Deletion
All information collected by the Application, including approximate location data, is automatically and permanently deleted from the Service Provider's systems within 90 days of collection. Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot be used to identify you may be kept longer.
You may request deletion of your data at any time before this period ends by contacting the Service Provider at bigbafishing@gmail.com. The Service Provider will respond within 30 days.
Data processed by third-party services (such as Adjust) is subject to those services' own retention policies.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including in the European Economic Area), you may have the right to access the personal data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (for example, by revoking the location permission). To exercise these rights, contact bigbafishing@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The Service Provider processes location data based on your consent, and other usage data based on its legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the Application.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop the collection of location data at any time by revoking the location permission in your device settings. You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will immediately delete it from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider (bigbafishing@gmail.com) so that the necessary actions can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains. [Data transmitted between the Application and the Service Provider's servers is encrypted in transit.]
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
