BiG was small, just an idea. And finding the right partners is a a great and hard first step for every new venture. After many NOs and MAYBEs in the first semester of 2022, BiG started getting momentum with YESes.
Pedro Ivo (Brazilian Embassy in Berlin), Anna Hüttl (Next Mannheim), Naiara Galliani, Jardel Ferreira, Lincoln Rezende, Iomar Cunha, Raiane Reinholz, Ana Carolina Amaro (FINDESLAB & Movimento Capixaba para a Inovação) were some of those that dear to dream BiG. By the way, "DREAM BIG" was a statement at FINDESLAB´s wall.
BiG´s website was published and the call was written in record time: 4 weeks.
In the meantime, partners have joined the program: ArcelorMittal, Phoenix Contact and SEBRAE/ES as well as supporters: International Digital Dialogues, ABII, AHK São Paulo, FAPES, FIEMGLAB 4.0, and media partners: CIMM and Ind4.0.

In the 3rd day of 23, FINDESLAB has called the general public to apply for 4 positions at BiG: German Relations Analyst, Brazilian Relations Analyst, Technical Analyst and Communications Analyst.
On January 18th, the top-10 pre-selected out of a list of 84 candidates were interviewed and 4 were selected to become part of the team.
19th January was the very first day that BiG went public. The event took place at FINDESLAB Maker´s floor with physical and virtual presence of many partners and supporters.
The call to action was direct: submit to the program if you feel that it´s time to internationalize your indtech to Europe.

38 indtechs have applied to BiG from all over Brazil. Out of this list, 20 indtechs were pre-selected mainly based on readiness to internationalize.
BiG´s TOP-20 list was released on Feb 10th with broad repercussion in social networks.
The Evaluation Board, formed by Pedro Ivo, Lincoln Rezende and Max Pieter took place on Feb 16th and 17th, interviewed the TOP-20 indtechs and decided the TOP-10 that would continue in the program.
